OUR MUSHROOMS PROJECT. 

So,  we had the opportunity for some freshly felled logs. In a joint project with Lawrence at the skills centre in Barham,  we 'plugged' logs with mushroom inoculated dowels. The students all had a go, some at drilling the holes, others placing the dowels.  Looking forward to shiitake and lionsmane mushrooms this autumn,  we hope 🫰
